Job Description: • Lead the presales design process by understanding client requirements and delivering creative layouts and presentations. • Prepare and ensure timely submission of GFC drawings, working drawings, and execution-ready design documentation. • Drive material approvals and coordinate with Projects, Procurement, and MEP teams. • Lead, mentor, and manage the design team to achieve performance and project goals. • Ensure design completion within 15–20 days and obtain timely client approvals. • Deliver designs within approved project budgets through value engineering and smart material selection. • Finalize BOQs, specifications, and long-lead material requirements for procurement. • Maintain high standards of design quality, detailing, and execution readiness. • Build strong client relationships and ensure a minimum 80% client satisfaction. Experience in Commercial projects(corporate offices, co-working spaces etc.) is must
Qualification: Any Graduate - Interior Design or relevant
Keyskills: Interior Design, commercial projects
