We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to lead the overall plant operations, drive production efficiency, and spearhead new product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in fasteners manufacturing, process improvement, and product innovation.

Industry: Stainless Steel Fasteners Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

1:    Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.
2:    Lead new product development — from concept to commercialization — ensuring feasibility, quality, and timely delivery.
3:    Implement lean manufacturing and process optimization for enhanced productivity.
4:    Coordinate with design, quality, and procurement teams for continuous improvement.
5:    Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and maintain safety and quality norms.
6:    Mentor and manage cross-functional plant teams for operational excellence.

Requirements:

1:    B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2:    Minimum 10+ years of experience in the fasteners or precision engineering industry, with proven plant management exposure.
3:    Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, new product development, and quality systems.
4:    Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
