Job Description:-
Estimate interior fit-out project costs with accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Evaluate and adjudicate contractor’s claims through measurement verification.

Monitor estimating, budgeting, and cost control activities.

Manage the complete tendering process from start to award.

Interpret specifications, review price tenders, and assist in preparing contract documents.

Review and verify drawings, tender documents, quantities, and cost estimates.

Supervise surveys and analyze third-party survey reports.

Verify sub-contractor claims and cross-check Quantity Surveyor calculations, including progress at site and material availability (on-site/off-site).

Lead and supervise the Tendering / Quantity Surveying Department, ensuring proper planning and workload allocation.

Maintain and update supplier/subcontractor databases, continuously identifying and pre-qualifying new vendors for tender participation.

Prepare competitive bid cost estimates within specified deadlines.

Manage the bid calendar to ensure timely compliance with commitments.

Review and provide input on technical and commercial specifications.

Prepare material take-offs to support the Purchasing Department in obtaining market prices.

Coordinate with the Production Department for alignment of estimates and execution.

Develop, implement, and periodically review company Estimation Policies and Procedures.

Ensure proper documentation and retention of bid documents and technical specifications in line with company policies.

Qualification: Any Graduate
