POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Specialist with proven experience in the media, photography, imaging, or creative production industry. The ideal candidate should be articulate, client-focused, and hungry to grow, with a strong understanding of how creative solutions are sold and serviced. This individual will take ownership of the sales process from lead generation through conversion, playing a key role in client retention, outreach, and revenue growth across both Indian and international markets.
This is a hands-on, target-driven role ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and deep knowledge of the photography/media space.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Drive individual sales performance in line with team and company targets.
•    Work with clients in the photography, imaging, content production, media, advertising, or e-commerce industries, understanding their creative needs and presenting tailored service offerings.
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities with studios, production houses, agencies, and brand teams.
•    Follow up on marketing-generated leads and self-source new prospects through deep industry networking and market research.
•    Build long-term client relationships based on trust, performance, and value creation.
•    Write well-crafted communication: proposals, follow-up emails, pitch decks, and reports.
•    Present the company’s service portfolio with confidence across physical meetings, video calls, and industry events.
•    Help revive dormant accounts and actively cross-sell/up-sell existing clients.
•    Stay informed about trends in commercial photography, digital content, and creative technology to speak the client's language.
•    Travel up to 20–30% of the time to meet clients, attend industry events, and build relationships.
•    Share regular performance updates (weekly/biweekly/monthly) with the leadership team.


Experience:
o    +5 years in B2B or B2C sales, specifically in photography, creative production, media, imaging, or a related industry preferred
o    Hands-on experience in client-facing roles with an understanding of creative buying behavior
Education:
o    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Marketing, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field

Skills:
o    Outstanding written and verbal communication
o    Client-centric with excellent presentation and follow-up capabilities
o    Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and proposal tools
o    German language skills are a plus, not mandatory
Shift : Mon to Fri (US shift)


Qualification: Any Graduate
