Job Description:   

We are looking for a Sales professional to join our Commercial Real Estate team. This role is ideal for fresher or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to build a career in commercial real estate. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing commercial properties, gathering occupancy details and support through pre- sales activities, leasing and investment activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Property Sourcing and Market Mapping: Survey, source and catalog commercial properties in key micro-markets on rental and outright basis.
2.    Market Insights & Lease Tracking: Monitor tenant movements, occupancy levels, and upcoming property supply to identify leasing opportunities.  
3.    Field Support : Assist and co-ordinate in property inspections and day-to-day operations.
4.    Internal Coordination & Reporting: Provide regular updates to the team on market findings, property data, and leasing activities.
5.     Self-Driven : Conduct on-site and online  property surveys and data collection independently with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
•    Undergraduate/ Graduate Candidates are eligible to apply.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with market stakeholders.
•    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
•    Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.
•    Interest in commercial real estate, market research, and property trends.
Preferred Experience:
•    Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
•    Prior experience in on-ground research, surveys, or real estate data collection is a plus but not required.
