About Client:

The client operates as a registered NBFC with the Reserve Bank of India and is listed on both NSE and BSE. Their business spans three verticals: Real Estate, Financial Services, and Credit & Investment. They have developed premium residential and commercial projects in Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and a township in Raipur. A key highlight includes a 20-acre mixed-use development in Chennai, featuring a 1.5 million sq. ft. mall, residential towers, and a boutique hotel. To date, the client has delivered over 10 million sq. ft. of projects across India.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Preparing Base line schedule
• Tracking schedule, catch up schedule
• Resources requirements
• Tracking contractor appointment & material purchase
• Tracking laisioning & approval
• Tracking Consultants drgs & deliverable
• Weekly / Bi weekly / monthly progress report
• Delay analysis
• Preparing MIS repot
• PRM PPT
• Critical issues flag raising
• Maintaining event records
• Budget tracking.

Qualifications:
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• Post-graduation /diploma from NICMAR/other reputed planning institute.
• 5+ years experience in multiple Residential & commercial project handling
experience from Beginning to handover of the project
• Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, MSP, Primavera, MS office
