Job Description:   

We are hiring for Executive Assistant to Founder for reputed IT company.

This job is ideal for the candidates having experience Events Management and handling, Travel booking,Handling EA Activities.

Responsibilities

You will be an extension to the founder, working with the founder to realise the companies mission and vision. 

  • Working closely with internal teams to identify, define, collect, and track key metrics for business process optimisation
  • Handling Events and managment.
  • Should be able to do primary and secondary research to corroborate the proposed solution for a business problem
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Conserve the Founders’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications
  • Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organising all appointments, meetings, conferences etc
  • Manage travel arrangements for the Founder (including but not limited to visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings etc.)
  • Managing phone calls, routine emails and correspondence with the Company and clients within India and Internationally
  • Follow-ups and follow-throughs with internal teams
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff
  • Work on adhoc projects and ensure timely completion
  • Assist the founder with his overarching needs and requirements.

Skills and Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelors Degree from recognized university. MBA is an added advantage
  • Experience in Executive assistance.
  • 2+ years of work experience preferably in admin.
  • Immaculate written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Process oriented: Demonstrable commitment to following processes, documentation etc
  • Computer savvy, proficient at using the Internet, and demonstrable technical aptitude /inclination
  • Intelligent with good logical reasoning
  • Proactive with a Go-getter attitude
  • Prior experience working with successful entrepreneur(s) preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate and deliver work in a timely manner
  • Should be able to work independently and exhibit high degree of ownership of the assigned task

 Technical Skills

  • Languages: English (Fluent); Strong Verbal and Written Communication
  • Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • Qualities: Time-Management, Organization, Thoroughness, Drive
