Job Description:   

1. The major role of the incumbent would be to use technical analysis to run/manage the ongoing trades and the trading systems being used on the propriety trading desk of the firm.
2. The job also involves the trade execution for prop desk as well as the clients of the firm.
3. Secondary role would be to develop and improve the current trading systems, using technical analysis and quantitative finance.

Core Competencies

1. Must have 3+ years of experience in Technical analysis and equity trading.
2. Should be competent in using charting software (Amibroker etc) and have knowledge of trading platforms like ODIN/Nest etc.
3. Should have an understanding of the futures and options markets and the various instruments being traded on the exchanges – NSE Cash /F&O, NSE, CDS, MCX etc.
4. NISM certification will be an added advantage
5. Should possess effective communication and presentation skills.
6. Should be a self-starter and should possess the ability to express his views and convince and negotiate with a confident and determined approach.
7. Should be capable of thriving in the competitive time sensitive market environment

Qualification: Any Graduate + NISM
