Job Description: To lead, coach, motivate and develop teams to deliver client management growth, Proactively build relationships with Customers (internal and external). Responsibilities: Manage existing client account Manage a team of Client serving executive (US & German market) Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements To work towards strengthening the quality approach of company in customers/client minds Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts. Develop a trusted relationship within key account clients and internal team of organization.
Accountable to meet/exceed the agreed targets in relation to volumes processed., will be developing a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients and internal team of organization. Reverting on Mails/Call to the client.
Qualification: Any Graduate
