Job Description: 1. Ensure Smooth Process of All Home Loan Applications from End to End till disbursement.
2. Managing relations with Banks and NBFC’S.
3. Empanelment of additional banks on board.
4. Assisting and coordinating with Sales and CRM team for arranging finance as per the client profile
5. Give customer customize solution for his Emi and pre-emi requirements.
6. Customer home loan query handling & Complaint Resolution within the specified TAT.
7. Ensure pay-out collection within the specified TAT
Qualification: Any Graduate
