Job Description:   

• Candidates need to generate branch sales with Architects, builders, Interior designers and direct customers.
• To promote Architectural products and other associated products of the group.
• Handle team in the assigned region and support to increase the sales. Analyze new marketing trends and developing business plans to increase the sale volume.
• Guide the team and handle customers in respect of products features, price finalizing and various sales activities.
• achievement of sales targets and prompt collection of payments.
• Ensuring maintenance of excellent business relations with existing Clients/ Architects.
• Streamlining and optimally structuring the reporting hierarchy of the sales team for high efficiency
• Monitoring and guiding the sales team
• Handling Key High Value Customers
• Maintaining high morale of the Sales Team
• Sales Experience of European Architectural products, Lighting, Modular kitchens, Kitchen Appliances, Indoor, Furniture, Outdoor furniture, Home furnishings, Office furniture, Interior Designing, Interior Décor, Aluminium Windows and Roofing System, Railings and Staircases, Wooden Flooring.

Qualification: Any graduate or post graduate
