Job Description: KRA:
A. Well versed with giving product and sales training to all designations of field force including Zonal sales managers and freshers.
B. Taking online test every month.
C. Strategizing & implementing product visual aid & leave behind literatures.
D. Product positioning.
E. Design and implement innovative campaigns with efficient monitoring of ROI generation.
F. Good networking and KOL connect.
G. Monitoring product secondary sales trend and strategizing, suggesting & implementing change in strategy for desired results.
H. Field work of minimum 12 days a month post Covid.
Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience as Sr. Product Manager with presently having at least 1 reportee under him/her or minimum 2 years’ experience as GPM with presently having at least 2 reportees under him/her. In both the cases, since at least 1 year till present, he/she should be in marketing of Injectable antibiotic segment.
Age: Between 29 years to 40 years.
Qualification: Any Graduate
