Mentoring the team on regular basis.

Adhering to the Information Security Policies and Procedures of companies
Ensuring compliance to the Information Security Policies and Procedures
Specific Security Responsibilities:
Understand and Comply with the Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report
all security incidents.
Protect information entrusted to you.
Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct and customer information and data security policy.
Comply with the Non Disclosure Agreement.
Should have minimum 2years BPO experience and should designated in Asst. Manager
role, Should have handled minimum 4 team leaders or Team size of 60 FTE and above.
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
