Job Description:   

1.Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization's website
2.Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues and glitches
3.Identify and respond to all website security breaches
4.Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures
5.Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
6.Create appropriate website content aligned to the organization’s strategy
7.Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans
8.Continuously improve the UI/UX
9.Collaborate to ensure that the website aligns with the overall brand strategy of the Company
10.Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics
11.Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations
12.Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites

Job Expectations:

a.Know-how of web development, strategy / structure and design
b.Expert knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems and Web standards
c.Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL and JavaScript.
d.Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
e.Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
f.Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
g.Excellent content creation and writing skills
h.Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task

Minimum Qualification:
Computer Science, IT Systems, Design and related fields

Minimum Job Experience:
8-10 years
