Job Description:

This job is for candidates having experience in Nursing.

Responsibilities:

Total care of the allotted patients.
Assist in shifting and transporting of patients.
Take over and handover properly at change of shifts.
Compliance to nursing manuals/protocols at all circumstances while on duty.
Following medical prescriptions/orders and taking care of patient's need.
Maintenance of nursing records including nurses notes, charts, consents, and initial assessment data for all assigned patients as per protocols.
Maintains continuity of care through clear and concise verbal and written communication with all departments, internal and external customers.
Other nursing related activities

Education : B.Sc / M.Sc(Science) in Nursing or Any Specialization, Nursing, Diploma in Any Specialization

Qualification: Any Graduate with Nursing faculty

Keyskills: Nurse, care, patients, nursing,
