Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties

Should have a thorough understanding of the regulations like DCR and DCPR’2034
Should know how to use AutoCAD, BIM, and other software as may be required for planning, designing and preparing various submittals.
Should have an understanding of the submissions required to various authorities and process of approvals
Should have a good knowledge of MCGM, MHADA, & SRA approval process and should be capable of handling follow up of proposal
Proficient in design of layout, internal amenities, etc.
To obtain and keep all records and documents as may be issued and required from time to time
Follow up in MHADA, BMC, SRA, etc.
Evaluate FSI potential of plots and prepare feasibility reports for new proposals
Preferred if candidate can also create 2D/3D renders, walkthroughs and isometric plans for marketing materials.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Work Experience: 5-10 years

Qualifications: B. Arch/M. Arch

Qualification: B. Arch or M. Arch

Keyskills: design of layout, internal amenities, FSI potential of plots, Auto CAD, BIM, 2D/3D renders, walkthroughs, isometric plans, DCR, DCPR 2034, feasibility reports, knowledge of MCGM, MHADA, SRA approval p
