This position is suitable for candidates with past Sales experience in Interior Fit-out or Interior products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1 Identify, evaluate and implement new lucrative business propositions.
2 Prospect and acquire new clients.
3 Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of New Client Acquisition, number of projects and value and build a robust pipeline of Business Leads.
4 Be part of the Project Team at pitching stage and endeavor to bring the interaction to a positive closure.
5 Communicate with Architect, Interior Designers, corporate to understand their requirement and get the project specified by them.
6 To give estimate.
7 Ensure that the client is involved and engaged throughout the execution process thereby ensuring that they are getting what they desired.
8 identifying with architects and Designer – identifying requirements - suggesting products - specifying – installation - collection .
1 Graduate / MBA with 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the high end interiors industry.
2 Should be experienced in Interior Designing Sales with knowledge measurement, design, colour etc.
3 Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
4 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
5 Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
6 Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
7 Willing to Travel within Mumbai
