Sales Manager - Gym

Mumbai Salary: 180000 - 240000 P.A.

Job Description:   

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Your primary responsibilities shall be to identify new sale leads, pitching our product/ services, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and facilitate the growth of the business.
  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure updated knowledge at all times including all the benefits, facilities and services offered.
  • Attend Walk-In Customers, Making The Phone Calls, Attending Calls, Customer Relationship, Selling Gym Membership,
  • Maintain up to date price lists and ensure a clear understanding of membership fees and features for all memberships offered.
  • Have a genuine interest in the latest developments within the fitness industry and specifically the benefits of the exercise to communicate to members.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good customer relationship development skills.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to take initiative, highly organized.
Persuasive; able to present and sell ideas.

Experience: minimum 1year in Gym sales

Industry: Gym and Wellness

Education: Any Graduate
