Job Description: Responsibilities: Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer account management Additional Responsibilities- Required Skill Set
To work towards strengthing the quality approach of company in customers minds
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives
Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients and internal team of organisation
To do Data mining and Market Research using multiple online resources
To maintain effective customer MIS and reports.
Excellent in written and spoken English, with neutral accent.
Experience with key account management preferable
International exposure outbound or inbound preferred
Experience in data management, MS Office ,Outlook and excel, skype calling, linkedin.
Experience of Australia/US/Europe market preferred
Qualification: Any Graduate
Keyskills: Customer Service, Customer Account Management, International Process
