Job Description:   

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

1   Daily accounting bank entries
2   Daily bank reconciliation
3   Recording cash book entries
4   Preparation of debit notes for rent on monthly basis and send to clients
5   Preparation of TDS 26Q return & upload
6   Preparation of monthly TDS tax working
7   Preparation of quarterly TDS return
8   Upload of TDS nil return 24Q & 26Q
9   Preparation of GST returns and related payments
10 Preparation of delivery instruction Slip
11 Recording trade entries from companies and outside brokers
12 TDS reconciliation 26AS
13 Preparation of half yearly service tax return
14 Preparation of income tax return


Education/Technical skills
1 Should be a graduate from Accounting / Finance / Commerce faculty
2 Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Accounts and Finance department after graduation
3 Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications especially Ms Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Access.
4 Should have expert knowledge of Tally Accounting Package
 
Work Experience / Knowledge:
1 Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, direct & indirect tax
2 Experience in preparing MIS
3 Experience in handling and preparing Billing
4 Consolidation and preparation of balance sheet, Reconciliation statement, etc
5 Experience in using accounting software package to process and report transactions
6 Practical knowledge of accruals accounting, including preparing journals for accruals and prepayments

Qualification: B.com or Equivalent graduation
