Job Description: Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Preparation of Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statements
Hands on knowledge of accounts finalization
Co-ordination with Auditors for Quarterly and Yearly Statutory Audit
Managing Yearly Assessments
Preparation of MIS and other reports
Responsible for TDS & other statutory compliance advance tax and yearly tax payment
Managing listed and non-listed entity accounts related compliance
Co-ordination and Review for GST Audit and Returns
Qualifications :
CA with 1 to 2 years of experience
Should have handled finalization of accounts of at least one entity independently
Adept at reading and staying aware about INDAS standards and other accounts related compliances and changes.
Qualification: Any Graduate + Qualified CA
Keyskills: Consolidation of financial statements, statutory compliance, Accounting, Taxation, Audits
