Job Description:   

We are looking for a motivated growth marketer with an analytical bent of mind with a keenness to learn and a drive to grow the e-commerce business.  

Job Responsibilities:
- This team member is primarily responsible for driving sales and customer engagement on the website.

- To manage sales and marketing of D2C (Shopify) and marketplaces (Primarily Amazon)  

- To oversee ad campaigns on Instagram and Amazon  

- To manage order processing for D2C (Shiprocket) and coordinate with ops

- The Ecommerce Manager will support the business head in driving all initiatives related to the website and app.

- They will be required to drive sales via improvement in metrics like funnel conversion rates, average order value etc.

- They will be the single point of contact for all experimentations/ changes to be taken up on the storefront.

- This role requires them to manage, execute, measure, and optimize the website/ app funnels.

Ecommerce product management:
1. Own the user experience on the website/app and any other D2C digital property that we may develop in the future
2. Define roadmap of features to be built/optimized across the purchase funnels and create PRDs / wireframes for the same
3. Align key stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing, operations, customer service) on product features to be developed and manage the execution
4. Own Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) activities including A/B testing, customer behavior analysis on web and app, user and market research, etc.

Store operations:
1. Manage all changes on web store - homepage, category pages, product pages, campaign pages and optimize creatives & banners based on performance
2. Manage the cart, checkout, payment pages, and related infrastructure to ensure frictionless transactions for customers
3. Work closely with content, operations, and marketing teams to take new Product Listing pages/category pages live
4. Collaborate across business lines and with internal teams to sync marketing calendars across
5. Manage processes to take sale and other events go-live on the storefront
6. Be the custodian of all non-consumer facing aspects of the business such as the CMS, third-party apps, tools and dashboards that enable the functioning of the store. Manage processes for making any changes to any of these
7. Manage third-party widgets on the website to enhance Customer experience - widgets for Search, recommendations, chat, offers etc.
8. Test development work on staging and taking them to production
9. Manage blogs publishing by coordination with the content and marketing teams

Analytics and measurement:

1. Track and monitor website success metrics, funnel conversions & prepare reports on a daily basis
2. Conduct RCA for changes in conversion rates in any part of the funnel
3. Analyze heatmaps, scroll maps and conduct user research to generate hypotheses for performing experiments
4. Setup web analytics infrastructure to support daily decision making

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's / Masters degree in any field
2. 2-4 years of experience in a related D2C role, preferably e-commerce
3. Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
4. Broad experience in A/B testing, website speed-optimization, conversion management, sales journey optimization etc.
5. Advanced knowledge of Excel / SQL
6. Problem-solving and hustling attitude with great attention to detail
7. Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams; good at coordinating with different departments and managing timelines
8. Exceptional English written/verbal communication


Qualification: Any Graduate
