Hiring for Business Development Executive/Manager for Interior Industry

This job is ideal for candidates having experience in dealing with Property Agents or brokers or real estate commercial broking experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Description

Identifying & generating new clients in all segments in identified areas.
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
To identify and develop new areas to increase sales.
Achieving sales target.
Responsible for developing sales strategy, execution and business development towards profitable growth.
Builds market position by location, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1.Commercial Real Estate Sector Experience
2.Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
3.Knowledge & Experience in Large Corporate / Large Commercial Fit-Out Projects
4.Should be experienced in Interior Designing Sales with knowledge of designing, engineering, dimensions, materials, color, etc

Qualification: Any -Graduate/Bachaleors
